Project Title:
“Innovative Application for Conversation Management and Sales Activity Monitoring”

The project includes the integration of several advanced features:

  • Bidirectional call monitoring: Automatic logging of incoming and outgoing phone call durations and assigning this data to contacts in the CRM.

  • Call reminders: A module for automated notifications reminding users to make calls or follow-ups.

  • Contact refreshing: A mechanism for daily verification of contact data to ensure it remains up-to-date and useful.

  • CRM synchronization: Bidirectional integration with CRM systems (CMDB), enabling real-time information updates.

Project Objective:
The main goal of the project is the acquisition of R&D work and its results, aimed at developing and implementing an innovative system to support customer communication management within companies, leveraging modern automation and data analysis technologies.

  • Business process optimization: The new solution automates key communication processes, leading to increased efficiency, cost reduction, and improved customer service quality.
